So, the main aerial shot of "Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital" in House is actaully Frist Center, equivalent to the UW HUB. Actually, you are seeing the backside of Frist, the lower floor is dining, and if you look to the building to the left of the "hospital"/Frist, that is McCosh Health Center, yes, Hall Health...
Jury is still out for the aerial shot of the river and bridge - we're currently thinking it's the Lake Carnegie and the bridge is a part of Washington Road... still need to investigate further...
Though, I guess I could google or wikipedia this and someone would tell me the correct locales.
***Edit: it appears that I am most definitely right about Frist - you know Wikipedia is the ultimate source of needed knowledge...
